I have been at Wellington Square for 4 years and most of my time it spent answering the telephone, making appointments, dealing with queries and keeping on top of the repeat prescritpions and the scanning of letters which arrive every day

I have been at the surgery for 10 years and have lived through lots of changes. My roles are mainly as a receptionist with all that entails and putting the summaries of the newly registered patients on EMIS which is the clinical database we use. I am also responsible for passing on messages about X-rays and blood results to patients and ensure that prescriptions are posted to patients when requested.
My time at the surgery started about 4 years ago having worked in a GP surgery in the past. I split my time as a Health Care Asssitant and as a receptionsit.
