Main Concerns
That patients have given consent to the release of the information requested and that they understand what information might be released. Patients are able to ask to see any information before it leaves the practice.
Fees
We do charge outside bodies for writing reports and this information is posted up in the practice and will be available on this website soon.
Accuracy of information held
If a patient feels that information recorded on their health record is incorrect then they should firstly make an informal approach to the health professional concerned to discuss the situation in an attempt to have the records amended.
